To raise or not to raise the window

Below is the standard behaviour on most systems, which I don't like; notice that each time a mouseclick is done in a window, the window raises. There is also no way to type / copy something from or into a window without having the window raise, which then obscures other windows that were on top.


And now for the behaviour that I prefer. Notice how the window that is in front of the other can be copied to and from, and the same goes for the window in the back, without either one having to jump to the front.

Ps You may not agree with this window behaviour. You may not even understand that I could want this. To each his own. All I can say, is that this increases my productivity immensely.
